YOOBIC vs GoAudits
There is exactly one piece of evidence on this pair, and it happens to be a good one: a named reviewer who moved and said why in eight words.
Who wrote this, and what we sell
We make ReportWalk, an inspection app. We are not one of these two products and neither company has any relationship with us. Our own tool appears once, at the bottom.
The short answer
YOOBIC
Choose YOOBIC if you are running retail execution at scale — task management, communications and brand standards across many stores, with AI photo review of compliance.
GoAudits
Choose GoAudits if you want scored audits with actions tracked to closure, at $10 per user per month, without a retail platform around them.
These are different sizes of problem. YOOBIC is a platform for an ops team; GoAudits is an audit tool. Buying the platform to get the audit is the mistake the reviewer below describes.
Who actually switched, and why
One documented switch. We are not building a trend from it, but the stated reason maps exactly onto the structural difference between a retail execution platform and an audit tool, which is why it is worth publishing.
YOOBIC → GoAudits
“Not friendly user, and reports were too complicated”
Where they genuinely differ
Platform versus tool
YOOBIC is retail execution: tasks, communications, training and brand standards across a store estate, priced per store rather than per user.
GoAudits is an audit product at $10 per user per month billed annually, with a fourteen-day trial and no free tier.
The complaint above — reports too complicated — is what a platform's output looks like to someone who wanted an audit tool.
Maintenance status worth checking
GoAudits' iOS app was last updated on 9 June 2024 and carries 33 ratings. The company is active — its blog publishes through 2026 — but for a product whose job happens on a phone, that is worth knowing.
There is also a pricing discrepancy we could not reconcile: the website says $10 per user per month, while its iOS in-app subscription is listed at $299.99 a year.
What each is honestly better at
YOOBIC
Running a store estate as one operation. Task distribution, frontline communications and AI photo review of compliance are real capabilities that an audit tool does not attempt, and for a retail ops team they are the job.
GoAudits
Producing a scored audit without adopting a platform. Its library covers construction, hospitality, retail, food and property with templates that have clearly been used, and it publishes competitors' prices in its own content — including cheaper ones.
What we could not verify
- YOOBIC's pricing, which is not published — it is described as priced by number of stores plus modules.
- The GoAudits pricing discrepancy between its website and its iOS listing.
- Whether Sebastien R.'s 2024 experience reflects YOOBIC today.
- This is a low-volume comparison with no vendor page on either side. Demand is unproven and we are publishing it as a cheap test.
- Reddit was unreachable in every research session.
If neither fits — a third shape of tool
'Reports were too complicated' is a complaint about output, and it is the one we built ReportWalk around — a branded client-ready PDF produced on site, with no dashboard and no estate-wide scoring behind it.
