Xenia vs GoAudits
Each of these companies publishes a listicle attacking the other, and neither will publish a straight head-to-head. That is a recurring habit in this category — the whole EHS space is fought with alternatives roundups rather than comparisons — and it leaves the direct question unanswered.

The short answer
Xenia
Choose Xenia if you are running multi-location operations — restaurants, convenience, hospitality — where brand standards, scheduling and task management sit alongside the audit.
GoAudits
Choose GoAudits if you want the audit itself at a published per-user price, without a per-location platform around it.
Xenia is priced per location and GoAudits per user. If you are one person or one site, that pricing shape probably decides this before any feature does.
Who actually switched, and why
Neither record is a switch between these two products. Both show GoAudits' inbound from elsewhere. We found no migration between Xenia and GoAudits in either direction, which is worth weighing against how hard they attack each other in marketing.

Where they genuinely differ
Pricing shape, which matters more than the number
Xenia prices per location rather than per user, with a fourteen-day trial and no free tier. It does not publish figures.
GoAudits is $10 per user per month billed annually — though its iOS in-app subscription is listed at $299.99 a year, which we could not reconcile with the website price.
Offline, where Xenia is unusually candid
Xenia's documentation says to open the audit on the tablet while you still have WiFi. It also states that the intended use case is sites under two megabytes a minute, and that AI photo interpretation does not run offline.
That candour is rare and worth more than a cleaner marketing sentence — but it is a prefetch model, and it means preparing before you go somewhere without signal.
GoAudits states plainly that inspections work offline on your preferred device, without those caveats.
Voice, stated accurately
Xenia's AI writes procedures from speech — a manager authoring an SOP at a desk. Its offline audit product mentions no voice at all, and the two capabilities are documented as separate.
We note this because our own positioning involves voice, and a page implying nobody else ships it would be wrong.
What each is honestly better at
Xenia
Running brand standards across many locations, with scheduling and task management attached. It also documents its own limitations more precisely than almost anyone in this category, which is a form of trustworthiness that does not show up on a feature table.
GoAudits
The audit at a published price, with real multi-vertical reach and unhedged offline. Its library has clearly been used rather than generated, and it publishes competitors' prices in its own content.
What we could not verify
- Xenia's pricing, which is not published.
- The GoAudits website-versus-App-Store pricing discrepancy.
- Xenia has nothing on Capterra dated 2025 or 2026 — the most recent review we found is from August 2024 — so we cannot tell you what its current customers think.
- Any migration between these two products.
- Reddit was unreachable in every research session.
If neither fits — a third shape of tool
Both of these price for organisations. If you are one person who needs an inspection recorded and a document produced, that is a different shape — ReportWalk starts free with no seat or location minimum, and does far less as a result.
