Property Inspect alternatives
for lettings and facilities

Property Inspect is one of the few products here built primarily for UK lettings rather than the US market. The reasons to look elsewhere are quiet ones: an app that has not moved in over a year, and a Solo tier whose limit nobody states.
Why people are looking
The iOS app was last updated on 3 January 2025
Over twenty months. As with any long gap, that can mean a stable product or a paused one, and we cannot tell which from outside.
What makes it harder to judge here is the absence of everything else: five US ratings on the App Store, one Capterra review dating from 2022, and no reviews at all inside our eighteen-month window. There is very little independent evidence about this product in either direction.
"Limited inspections" on Solo, with no number attached
The Solo tier is $49 a month and the published description says limited inspections without saying how many. Unlimited is $97.
At $97 you are close to a hundred a month for property inspection software, which is worth comparing carefully against the alternatives below before committing.
Offline is a homepage claim, not documentation
The marketing says "online or off". We found no help-centre article supporting it in either direction.
For UK lettings work — basements, empty properties with no Wi-Fi, rural lets — that is a question worth resolving on a trial.
Android is unconfirmed
iOS and web are confirmed. We could not confirm an Android app. If your team is on Android, check that first, because everything else is moot.

What it is built around
A standing portfolio managed over time, with compliance scheduling attached — which is the actual shape of lettings and facilities work, and a genuinely different thing from a one-off inspection.
It is also one of very few products in this category designed for UK terminology and UK compliance rather than adapted from a US product.
If that fit is why you chose it, most of the alternatives below will feel foreign.

Which in this case is almost nothing — and that is worth saying
Research note — not a user review
There are no Property Inspect reviews inside our eighteen-month window at all. The single Capterra review dates from 2022, and the App Store shows five US ratings.
The staleness of the app is the story here, not user anger — there is no user anger on record. We would rather report an absence of evidence than manufacture a complaint from it.
