There is no pricing page to read. Billing is per managed asset, which means your cost is a function of portfolio size and you cannot model it in advance.
For a large property manager that is normal procurement. For anyone smaller, a contact-sales wall is usually what sends them looking — not because the price is bad, but because they cannot tell.
The offline claim has no corroboration either way
The vendor says you can "complete inspections without internet access and sync when back online". We could find no help documentation and no user review that confirms or contradicts it.
That is not an accusation. It is a gap, and if you inspect basements, plant rooms or rural units, it is the gap to close on a trial rather than take on trust.
AI features shipped on iOS first, and Android was still waiting
As of June 2026, the AI capabilities had reached iOS and not Android. If your inspectors are on mixed hardware, that is a real difference in what two people on the same team can do.

Hundreds of units, with maintenance workflow and multi-user roles attached. That is a different problem from documenting one property well, and SnapInspect is aimed squarely at it.
