Pervidi alternatives
and the evidence gap

Pervidi does two things most competitors do not: unconditional offline sync and a genuine on-premise deployment option. It is also the hardest product in this research to form a view about, because almost nothing has been written about using it in the last seven years.

Why people are looking

Its public reviews are dated 2013 and 2018

That is the entire independent record. We hold ourselves to an eighteen-month window for quotes, and nothing about Pervidi comes close to it.

We are not going to publish a 2013 review as though it described the current product — a lot of software has been rewritten twice in that time. But you should know that if you go looking for other people's experiences, this is what you will find.

Search cannot resolve the brand name

Searching for Pervidi alternatives degrades into fuzzy matches for unrelated things — the dossier recorded results for “Peri”, “Povidom” and “Pipvid”.

That is a practical problem for you rather than an opinion about the product: independent information is hard to reach even when it exists.

Its voice support is audio tags, not transcription

The vendor lists “voice tags” — attaching an audio clip to a field. There is no speech-to-text or transcription claim anywhere on the site.

Worth being precise about, because a feature list containing the word “voice” and a product that turns speech into a written report are different things.

No published pricing

Cloud or on-premise, with no figures published for either. On-premise in particular tends to carry an implementation cost that a per-seat number would not capture anyway.

The other side of it

What Pervidi offers that almost nothing else here does

On-premise deployment. For defence, or for a mining operation whose security posture will not allow a cloud tenancy, that is not a preference — it is a requirement, and it eliminates most of this list immediately.

Its offline claim is also clean and unconditional: “Works in remote locations with no signal. Syncs automatically when back online.”

And it has real depth in mining, defence, oil and gas and utilities across North America and Australia.

What the reviews say

Which in this case is almost nothing — and that is worth saying

Research note — not a user review

Pervidi's only public reviews are dated 2013 and 2018. Publishing either as evidence about today's product would be dishonest, and inventing something recent would be worse. So this page has no complaints section. What is on it instead is documentary — the vendor's own offline wording, the precise scope of its voice feature, and the deployment options — plus the honest observation that independent evidence about this product is very hard to come by.

The alternatives

Every price below is the published list price for a single user at the time of writing. Where offline behaviour is undocumented by the vendor, it says so rather than guessing.

FieldEagle

Works offline

Contact sales

a pricing page exists and shows no prices

Best for
Oil, gas, mining and utilities asset inspections run from a tablet in the field.
Offline
Unconditional, as documented: “Field Eagle operates fully offline… without any internet connectivity.” No cache cap and no pre-load condition is stated anywhere.
Watch out for
There is no iPhone app at all, and the iOS release carries a single rating and has not shipped since April 2024.
Platforms
iPad only on iOS · Android · Windows · desktop

Mitti (formerly SafetyCulture)

Works offline

Free for 10 seats

Premium $24/seat/mo billed annually

Best for
A safety or facilities team at more than one site that needs forms, actions and assets in one place.
Offline
Broad. Inspections, actions, assets and reports all work offline; analytics, the template editor and the public library do not.
Watch out for
AI features are now metered per seat, and April 2026 reviewers report changes landing without migration tools.

Fulcrum

Works offline

$2,580/yr

$43/user × a 5-seat minimum, annual only

Best for
Geospatial and environmental field teams that need layers, coordinates and API pipelines, not just a form.
Offline
Genuine. Records, photos, video, audio and signatures all capture offline and media uploads as it reconnects. Draft records do not sync between devices.
Watch out for
The 5-seat annual minimum is the whole story: one user costs $2,580 a year.

HSI Donesafe

Offline after pre-loading

Contact sales

priced on worker count plus modules; no free tier, no trial

Best for
An enterprise EHSQ programme — incidents, audits, contractors, training — across anywhere from five to half a million workers.
Offline
The best-documented offline model in this set: “you can control exactly which forms, workflows, and modules are available in offline mode, tailoring them by role, location, or task.” An admin picks the subset, and the first login has to be online.
Watch out for
Dated 2026 reviewers describe an over-complex admin layer and a dated interface. It is a platform, not an inspection app, and it is priced like one.
Platforms
iOS 16+ · Android · web · a separate Donesafe Offline app

ReportWalk

Free to start

monthly plans for higher volumes

Best for
One person who needs the report finished before they leave the site.
Offline
Photos, voice notes and answers are written to the phone first and sync when signal returns. A whole inspection can run in a basement with no bars.
Watch out for
iPhone only, and it is deliberately not a business platform — no scheduling, no invoicing, no CRM.

Disclosure — this is our site

Where ReportWalk fits

We are cloud-only, so if on-premise is a requirement you can stop reading here — we cannot meet it.

What we do is narrower and faster: photographs carrying GPS, time and the weather at that moment, spoken observations turned into written findings, and a branded PDF with a shareable link finished on site.

Voice in our app drives the capture rather than attaching a clip to a field.

Where we lose

If your organisation requires on-premise deployment, Pervidi can do something we structurally cannot, and no feature comparison changes that.

How this page was made

Prices come from vendor pricing pages, offline behaviour from vendor help documentation, and quotes from G2, Capterra, TrustRadius, GetApp and the App Store, each carrying its reviewer, source and date. Where a claim comes from a customer rather than the vendor, the page says so. Where something is undocumented, it says that too. Software pricing changes — check the vendor before you decide, and tell us if you find something here that has gone stale.
