Two dated 2026 reviewers say the same thing from different seats: the platform can feel overly complex to configure, particularly when troubleshooting workflows, permissions and automations.
That is the price of configurability. Everything can be shaped to your process, which means somebody has to shape it, and that somebody is generally not the person doing the inspection.
