Connecteam is a strong product with a genuinely free tier for ten employees, and for a lot of businesses it is the right answer. There is one disqualifying condition, and the vendor states it themselves rather than making you find out: it does not work offline. At all.

“At the moment it's currently not possible to use Connecteam offline, whether from the mobile app, Kiosk application, or desktop.”
That is their help documentation, not a reviewer's grievance, and it is admirably direct. They also say offline is on the roadmap, which we have no reason to doubt.
But if your team works in basements, plant rooms, cold stores, rural sites or underground car parks, this is not a limitation you work around. The form simply does not open.
Free for ten, then $29 flat — so price is not the argument
Free for life up to ten employees, then $29 a month flat for the first thirty users. That is genuinely cheap, and cheaper than us for a team.
We want to be clear about this: if you are choosing on price and your people always have signal, Connecteam is very hard to beat and this page is not going to pretend it is expensive.
Some 2026 reviewers do report costs climbing as headcount grows. That is scaling, not an announced price rise, and we are describing it as what it is — reviewers reporting their experience.
It is a workforce platform, and forms are one module
Scheduling, time clocks, chat, training, kiosk mode. Forms are a part rather than the point.
