Why people are looking
$63 a month for one person
The 2026 repricing renamed the tiers Core, Crew and Scale and dropped the old three-user minimum — but the base price went up. A single user on Core, billed annually, is $63 a month. Each additional user is $29.
The Marketing Suite is now a separate $79–99 a month on top. A November 2025 reviewer in construction puts the felt cost plainly: around $100 a month, and a lot for their budget.
Offline has two exact edges, and you should know both
Photos, video, captions and new projects all work without signal. Two limits are documented: only 60 projects are cached, and a checklist has to have been opened before you lose connection.
Neither is a secret and neither is unreasonable. They just mean offline is bounded rather than unconditional — and if you spend your days in basements, crawlspaces and dead zones, that boundary is the thing to test first.
It is a photo system, not a report writer
This is the structural point, not a criticism. CompanyCam's job is to make every photo from every crew instantly visible, timestamped and geotagged, in the office. It does that better than anything else here.
What it does not do is turn those photos into a document a client pays against. If you find yourself exporting photos into Word on a Sunday, you have not outgrown CompanyCam — you have outgrown using it alone.
