Rent Manager is a serious property accounting system with a real weakness in exactly the area this site cares about: the inspection report, and what happens when the phone has no signal.
Why people are looking
No offline support, and the vendor is explicit about why
Rent Manager stresses the opposite of offline as a feature: "every action is instantly reflected in your database".
For an accounting system that is the correct design — you do not want a trust ledger reconciling from a stale cache. It does mean the mobile app, rmAppSuite Pro, is a live client, and a basement with no bars is a stop.
This is the clearest case on the site of a product where the architecture is right for its main job and wrong for inspections.
Inspection reports cannot go into report batches
A May 2026 financial controller reports that inspection reports cannot be included in report batches, and that system reports cannot be renamed.
